Shipping Policy

Basirah LLC delivers orders placed on basirah.store free of charge to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

2. Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and your delivery address. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

3. Delivery time

Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. Public holidays, weather or events outside our control may cause delays; we will keep you informed.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

5. Payment on delivery

You pay when you receive your order, in cash or by card where the delivery agent offers it. We never ask for online payment.

6. Failed or refused deliveries

If the delivery agent cannot reach you, contact us to arrange a new delivery; otherwise the order may be cancelled. If you refuse the parcel, nothing is charged.

7. Damaged parcels

Please check your parcel at delivery. If a product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with a photo. This is covered by our Refund Policy.
