3. Brands and authenticity

Basirah is an independent retailer. Brand names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. Basirah LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands. We sell only genuine products from trusted suppliers.

4. Orders

Placing an order is a request to buy. The sale is concluded once our team confirms the order with you. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is displayed in error, we cannot confirm the order, or we suspect fraud.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the local currency. Payment is made on delivery. The price applied is the one confirmed when we validate your order.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns follow our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, available in the footer of every page.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, copy its content, or disrupt its operation.

The texts, design and the Basirah logo belong to Basirah LLC. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Basirah LLC is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
