Basirah LLC offers a 28-day return and exchange guarantee on every order placed on basirah.store.

1. Return window

You can request a return or an exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.

2. What we accept

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging with seals intact, for any reason.
• Products that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, even if opened.
• Any product that proves not to be genuine: full refund, no conditions.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect or not genuine.

3. How to request a return

Contact us at [email protected] or +1 (845) 977-5962 with your order number. If the product is damaged or incorrect, add a photo. We confirm your request and arrange the pickup.

4. Return shipping costs

• Our error (damaged, defective, incorrect or not genuine product): return shipping is free.
• Any other reason: the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

5. Refunds and exchanges

Since you paid on delivery, we refund you by bank transfer to an account in your name, or by another method we agree on with you. The refund is sent within 7 business days after we receive and check the returned product. For an exchange, we ship the replacement free of charge within 2 to 5 business days.

6. Refused deliveries

If you refuse a parcel at delivery, no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
